Return Policy:

Santa Fe Ranch wants to make your purchasing experience with us as pleasurable as possible. We have hand selected each and every one of our products and want you to be happy with your purchases.

30 Day Easy Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. We want you to be happy and come back and shop with us again. If you need to make a return, please do it within 30 days of receipt of your items. Items must be returned in new, unused condition in original packaging(including original box, packaging, and written materials such as warranty and instructions). A credit will be issued upon return and inspection of your item(s) less all shipping charges. Please note that all shipping costs will be deducted from return/exchange amount even if shipping to you was free with your order.

Damaged or incorrect items

We like to treat our customers as we'd like to be treated while shopping for new products. If your item is damaged or not what you ordered, we will cover shipping back to us and get you another item out promptly.

Special orders or pre-orders

Some of our special order items are subject to a 15-30% restocking fee because this item has been ordered for you specifically. Customized orders cannot be returned or issued refunds. For customized orders if the items are damaged we will replace the merchandise at no cost to you the buyer. (Please call before purchasing a noted special order item or preorder if you have questions)

Please note:
Items received for exchange or return that are not complete, including all original packaging, warranties, manuals etc. or show signs of use will be subject to a 15%-30% restocking fee. We reserve the right to refuse any return that is not in new, re-saleable condition. Please allow ten (5) business days for your return/exchange to be processed from the day it is received.

How do I return a product to you?
Please contact us first (either by phone 877-428-BABY or email at Jason@babology.com) and we will issue you a return authorization. This is done so you can be properly credited for your return.

When shipping item item back:
Please insure all products using the mail carrier of your choice. Please make sure to package your return securely.

We accept Visa/American Express/Discover/MasterCard as well as Google Checkout. If you are local, please stop in and feel free to pick up items that are in stock. Checks and money orders are accepted but please note this will take additional time for your order to process.

Shipping Rates

Some rates are good for the U.S. only at this time. Standard shipping rates do not apply to Alaska and Hawaii. Your items depending on quantity and size may go out USPS, UPS, or Freight company.
  • Purchase $0-$99 = $10.95 Flat Rate Shipping
  • Purchase $100-Over = Free Shipping

Shipping Time

Please look on the actual product page for the most accurate estimate on time of delivery. Some items ship out within 2-3 days as some may take a few weeks to ship out because of their custom nature. Furniture and certain other items may take 3-4 weeks and this will be noted on the products page.

Details for non-freight items (smaller items)
These items will be shipped out via USPS, UPS, or Fedex within the specified period noted on the product page.

Details for furniture and larger items

  • Standard Freight Delivery
This is our standard option for many of our furniture and larger items and is delivered by a freight carrier.
This shipping option will provide delivery of your items into the first dry location in the house or garage area. Freight carrier is not responsible for moving it into the room of your choice and setting the furniture up. You will be responsible for all freight charges and restocking fees if you refuse delivery of the items. These charges will be deducted from your original total and the remainder will be applied as a refund on your order.

When your furniture arrives we ask that you please check for any damages prior to signing the paperwork that the driver will have for you. If you notice damage after opening the packaging please notify us within 3 days of receipt.

  • White Glove Delivery
We offer this option for Free on many of our items and most items can be shipped out using this method without a problem. White Glove Delivery provides you with a truly top notch experience. Your furniture will be delivered by two people so that they can bring the furniture inside and set it up for you in the room of your choice. White glove service also works very well for clients with 1-2 flights of stairs inbetween where the furniture needs to go. White Glove Delivery also takes care of any packaging and debris that come with your package.
